Services

Wichita Foundation Solutions provides foundation repair, basement waterproofing, concrete leveling, yard drainage, sump pump services, retaining wall repair, and excavation services across south-central Kansas. All work is performed under MABCD-permitted, engineered plans where required.

Estimates and Quotes

Our on-site estimates are free of charge and provided without obligation. Quotes are based on visible conditions and the diagnosis of a specialist at the time of the visit. Final scope and pricing may be adjusted if conditions change or if additional work is discovered during the project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in the individual project contract. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Deposits may be required for larger projects and are handled per the contract terms.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on pier systems and other engineered components are transferred to you as documented in the individual product warranty. Workmanship warranties are as stated in your project contract.

Cancellations

Cancellations are handled per the project contract. In general, we ask for reasonable notice so that we can adjust scheduling.
